Dispute Resolution Policy

Last Updated: June 24, 2026

1. Dispute Process

If an Assigner rejects a worker's submission, the worker has the right to file a dispute. The worker must provide a valid reason and reference their submitted proof. Once a dispute is opened, the submission enters arbitration by the Kobble Administration team.

2. Administrative Review

Kobble administrators will review the task requirements, the submitted proof, and the rejection reason. We strive to process disputes promptly and fairly based on the evidence provided by both parties.

3. Final Decision

The decision of the Kobble administrator is final and binding. If resolved in favor of the worker, the pending funds will be released to the worker's wallet. If resolved in favor of the assigner, the funds will be returned to the assigner's funding balance.

4. Arbitration Clause

Except where prohibited by law, any legal claim or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Kobble shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Kobble.
