1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Kobble platform, operated by Kobble E-Task Enterprises (Registration Type: Business, CAC Registration No: 9628243) ("Kobble", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
2. The Platform
Kobble is a marketplace connecting task posters with workers for micro-tasks (such as app testing, surveys, and social engagement). We act merely as a facilitator for these connections. We do not employ the workers, nor do we guarantee the quality of the tasks posted.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account.
- To withdraw funds, workers must complete our mandatory identity verification (KYC) process and provide a valid matching Nigerian bank account (Nuban).
4. Payments and Fees
For Task Posters: Posting a task requires buying Kobble Credits. Kobble Credits are a prepaid balance usable only to fund and pay for tasks on the platform; they are not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn. Once a task is successfully completed and approved, the reward amount is deducted from your Kobble Credits and paid to the worker.
For Workers: You will receive the specified reward amount for completed and approved tasks. When withdrawing your earnings to your bank account, Kobble deducts a 20% platform fee. Withdrawals are typically processed instantly but require successful KYC verification.
5. Referral Program
Kobble offers a referral program allowing users to earn commissions by inviting new users.
- You earn a commission only on wallet funding transactions made by your referred user within the first 30 days of their registration.
- Self-referrals, creating multiple accounts to earn commissions, or referring users through fraudulent means are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of earnings and account termination.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting tasks that violate any laws, are fraudulent, or require workers to engage in illegal activities.
- Creating multiple accounts to artificially inflate task completions, earn fraudulent referrals, or evade bans.
- Attempting to bypass our payment system or contacting users directly to arrange payments outside of Kobble.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing or exchanging contact information (such as phone numbers, emails, or social media handles) with the intent of communicating off-platform. This is strictly prohibited and repeat offenders will face immediate suspension or a permanent account ban.
7. Task Review and Disputes
Task posters are responsible for reviewing submitted tasks within the designated timeframe. If a task poster unfairly rejects a valid submission, workers may dispute the rejection. Kobble reserves the right to mediate disputes and make a final determination, which is binding on both parties.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.
