1. Funding and Escrow
Assigners must add funds to their Kobble funding balance (via manual transfer or automated providers like Flutterwave) before posting a task. When a task is posted, the total potential reward for all slots is moved into an Escrow Balance. This ensures that workers are guaranteed payment upon successful completion of the task.
2. Submission and Approval Timeline
When a worker submits proof, the reward is moved from the Escrow Balance to the worker's Pending Balance. Assigners have exactly 72 hours (3 days) to review submissions. If a submission is not reviewed within this 72-hour deadline, it is automatically approved by the system. Upon approval (manual or automatic), the funds are immediately moved to the worker's active Wallet Balance and become available for withdrawal.
3. Withdrawals and Fees
Workers can withdraw their available Wallet Balance to a valid, registered Nigerian bank account. Kobble charges a platform fee (typically 20%) on all earnings, which is deducted at the time of withdrawal. The net amount is processed and sent to the worker's bank account.
4. Refund Policy
Funds locked in Escrow cannot be refunded while a task is active. If a task expires or is cancelled with unfilled slots, the escrowed funds for those unfilled slots will be returned to the Assigner's funding balance.
Strict Non-Refund Policy on Completed Work: Once a submission is approved (manually or automatically) and the worker's wallet is credited, that payment is final and cannot be refunded or charged back.
