Workers reserve a slot before they begin, which stops anyone else from taking it while they're still working. Match the window to the effort — a few minutes for quick actions, but much longer for involved work like video editing or AI video generation, so workers have time to finish and submit evidence to you.
By default, a worker can only complete this task once. If the job allows it, you can let workers complete multiple slots.
