1. Ownership of Work Product
Unless otherwise agreed between the Assigner and the Worker, upon successful completion of a task and payment transfer to the Worker, all intellectual property rights in the work product (e.g., screenshots, data, writing, media) generated for that task are transferred exclusively to the Assigner.
2. Platform Content
All content on the Kobble platform, including logos, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Kobble. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without explicit written permission from us.
3. DMCA and Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by content posted on Kobble, please send a detailed notice to [email protected]. The notice must include a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and your contact information.
