Kobble is a microtask marketplace that connects people and businesses who need small tasks done with people who want to earn by completing them (workers). Tasks range from app reviews and social media engagement to surveys, data entry, and content moderation — all paid in Kobbles (Ⓚ).
Create a task by choosing a category, setting a reward per slot, and describing what needs to be done. You can attach files, set a deadline, and restrict the task to verified users only. Your total budget is locked in escrow when you publish, and released to workers as you approve their submissions. Feeling lazy? Use the AI voice feature — just record what you need and the system will parse your voice and fill the task form automatically.
Kobble supports 35+ task categories including App Download & Install, App Review & Rating, Social Media Engagement, Surveys & Research, Data Entry, Content Moderation, Video Watching, Website Sign-ups, Bug Hunting, Voice Recording, and many more. If nothing fits, you can use the 'Other' category.
When a worker submits proof of completing your task, you review it in your dashboard. You can approve quality submissions or reject poor ones with a reason. Workers can dispute unfair rejections, and our admin team mediates. You have exactly 3 days to review each submission — a countdown timer is displayed on every pending submission so you always know how much time is left. If a submission is not reviewed within 3 days, it is automatically approved and the worker is paid.
You fund your posting account by purchasing Kobble Credits (known as Kobbles) via bank transfer or Flutterwave. For bank transfers, you'll receive a unique reference and the company account details — our team verifies each transfer against your declared sender name and bank before crediting your balance. Flutterwave payments are processed via a virtual account and credited after provider confirmation. All deposits are subject to identity and source-of-funds checks.
Kobbles (Ⓚ) are the platform currency used across Kobble. 1 Kobble = ₦1 (Nigerian Naira). As a poster, you purchase Kobbles to fund task rewards. As a worker, you earn Kobbles for approved submissions. Kobbles keep transactions simple and instant within the platform — workers can withdraw their earned Kobbles to a bank account in real Naira at any time.
Kobbles purchased into your posting account cannot be withdrawn as cash. However, when you cancel a task, the unused portion (unfilled slots) is refunded back to your posting balance so you can use it on future tasks. Once Kobbles are paid out to a worker for approved work, they are non-refundable.
When you post a task, you pay the reward per worker × number of slots, plus an 8% posting fee. For example, a task with a reward of Ⓚ500 and 20 slots has a base cost of Ⓚ10,000 plus an Ⓚ800 fee — totalling Ⓚ10,800 locked in escrow. Kobbles are released to workers as you approve their submissions. If you cancel a task, unused escrow for unfilled slots is refunded, but the 8% posting fee is non-refundable.
You choose your account type during onboarding. Individual accounts display your personal name and can both post tasks and earn Kobbles by completing work. Business accounts display your registered business name and can only post tasks — they cannot earn Kobbles or work on tasks. Business accounts also collect additional details like your RC/BN number, business address, and tax ID. Verification also differs — individuals verify through KYC (NIN, government-issued ID, and a live selfie), while businesses verify by providing an RC Number plus a website or at least 2 social accounts.
Business accounts are verified by providing a valid RC Number or BN, plus either a company website or at least 2 linked social media accounts. Once you've added these in your Settings, submit your profile for admin review. After approval, your account receives a verified badge visible on your profile and all your posted tasks.
Yes. On the task creation form, expand the Advanced section and check the 'Verified Users Only' checkbox. This restricts the task so only workers who have completed identity verification can see and submit to it. The trade-off: non-verified workers won't see your task at all, which significantly reduces the available worker pool and may slow down how quickly your slots are filled. Use it when submission quality matters more than speed.
