How to Write the Perfect Task Description (For Assigners)
The Secret to High-Quality Submissions
As an assigner on Kobble, your goal is to get your tasks completed quickly and accurately. The single most important factor in achieving this is writing a crystal-clear task description. Ambiguity leads to rejected submissions, frustrated workers, and wasted time.
1. Be Specific, Not Vague
Instead of saying "Like my post," say exactly what you need: "Click the link, log into your Twitter account, and like the pinned post on my profile." The less room for interpretation, the better.
2. Define Valid Proof Clearly
Workers need to know exactly how to prove they did the work. It is your sole responsibility as the assigner to clearly define and communicate what counts as a valid submission. Specify what the proof should look like. For example: "Submit a full-screen screenshot showing your username and that you have liked the post." If you do not clearly state what proof you expect, you cannot reject submissions for not meeting unwritten rules.
3. Use Bullet Points
Large blocks of text are hard to read. Break down your instructions into numbered steps. Workers appreciate structured guides they can follow sequentially.
4. Set Fair Rewards
Align your Kobble reward with the complexity of the task. If a task takes 5 minutes to complete and requires multiple screenshots, setting a generous reward will attract the most reliable workers immediately.
