How to Review and Approve Submissions Fairly

Your Reputation Matters

As an assigner, your primary goal is to get tasks completed quickly. But just as you are evaluating workers, the workers are evaluating you. A reputation for unfair rejections or slow approvals will deter the best workers from claiming your tasks.

1. Approve Promptly

When a worker submits proof, their potential earnings are locked in escrow. Don't leave them waiting. Make it a habit to log in daily to review submissions. Fast approvals build immense goodwill and encourage workers to seek out your future tasks.

2. Reject with Reason

If a submission is invalid, you have the right to reject it. However, always leave a clear, polite comment explaining why. For example: "The screenshot did not show the required username." This prevents frustration and helps the worker improve for future tasks.

3. Be Forgiving of Minor Errors

If a worker clearly completed the spirit of the task but made a tiny, inconsequential formatting error in their proof, consider approving it with a warning. Being overly punitive over technicalities slows down your campaign completion rate.

4. Do Not Demand Free Work

Never reject a valid submission and then ask the worker to "do one extra thing" to get approved. This is a violation of Kobble's terms of use. You must only grade workers on the exact requirements outlined in your original task description.
