Leaving Respectful Submission Notes
Communication is Key
Behind every username on Kobble is a real human being. Whether you are a worker submitting proof or an assigner requesting revisions, how you communicate sets the tone for your entire platform experience.
For Workers: The Submission Note
When you submit your proof, you have the option to leave a note. Keep it brief, professional, and relevant. "Here is the screenshot of the retweet as requested. Thank you!" is perfect. Avoid demanding immediate payment, writing in all caps, or leaving long, unrelated paragraphs.
For Assigners: The Rejection Note
Rejection stings, but it is a necessary part of quality control. If you must reject a submission, the golden rule is to always explain why. A rejection note like "Screenshot is too blurry to read the username" is helpful and educational. A blank rejection or a rude comment is demoralizing and harms your reputation.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Kobble has a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, profanity, or abusive language in any notes or dispute comments. Violations lead to immediate and permanent account suspension.
