How to Handle Submission Denials Without Escalating
Handling Rejection Professionally
Even the best workers occasionally experience a rejected submission. How you handle that rejection separates the amateurs from the professionals on Kobble.
Step 1: Read the Feedback
Before reacting, read the assigner's rejection note. In 90% of cases, the rejection is justified. Perhaps you uploaded the wrong image, or your screenshot didn't capture the specific timestamp required. If you made a mistake, accept the rejection gracefully and move on to the next task.
Step 2: Do Not Harass the Assigner
Never try to bypass the system by messaging the assigner on their external social media accounts or leaving angry notes on their future tasks. This is a severe breach of etiquette and will result in a platform ban.
Step 3: When to Escalate
If you followed the instructions perfectly, your proof is flawless, and the assigner rejected you unfairly (or demanded extra work), you should use the Escalate Dispute button. This sends the transaction to our human moderation team. If the assigner was wrong, we will manually release the escrowed funds to you. Use the dispute system wisely and only for genuine grievances.
