Protecting Your Wallet and Earnings
Keep Your Kobbles Safe
Your Kobble account is essentially a digital bank account holding real Naira value. Just as you would protect your bank pin, you must take active steps to protect your Kobble wallet.
1. Use a Strong, Unique Password
Never use the same password on Kobble that you use on other websites. If another site experiences a data breach, hackers will use those stolen passwords to try and access your Kobble funds. We strongly recommend using a password manager to generate a secure, unique password.
2. Beware of Phishing
Kobble staff will never ask you for your password or ask you to "send Kobbles to verify your account." If you receive an email or a direct message claiming to be from Kobble support demanding access to your account, report it immediately.
3. Secure Your Withdrawal Details
Always double-check your bank account numbers before initiating a withdrawal. Ensure that the name on the bank account matches your registered Kobble name to prevent compliance holds or failed transfers.
4. Log Out on Shared Devices
If you are accessing Kobble from a public computer, a cybercafe, or a friend's phone, always remember to manually click "Log Out" when you are finished working. Never let a browser save your password on a device you do not personally own.
