Turning your hard-earned Kobbles into cash in your bank account is the most exciting part of working on the platform. But to make sure your money flows smoothly, there are a few important rules and expectations to keep in mind.

The 20% Platform Fee

Unlike other platforms that charge you to join, subscribe, or bid on tasks, Kobble is free to use. Instead, we take a flat 20% platform fee only when you withdraw. This fee covers our payment gateway costs, server infrastructure, and the dedicated escrow system that guarantees you get paid for approved work. If you request a withdrawal of ₦10,000, you will receive exactly ₦8,000 directly into your linked bank account.

Minimum Withdrawal Limit

To keep banking operations efficient and reduce network congestion, the minimum withdrawal limit is strictly set at ₦5,000. It’s always best to let your earnings accumulate before withdrawing, rather than making several small requests.

Processing Times and Bank Delays

While our systems automate most of the payout pipeline, the actual speed of your withdrawal depends heavily on your specific bank and network conditions. Most withdrawals arrive within minutes, but during bank maintenance or network downtime, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours.

Account Security and Name Matching

For your own safety, your withdrawal account name must exactly match your verified identity on Kobble. This ensures that even if someone gains unauthorized access to your account, they cannot route your funds to a different bank account. Always double-check your account details before submitting a request—failed transfers due to invalid account numbers can cause frustrating delays while the system reverses the funds back to your wallet.
